Ingredients
2 to 3 pounds turkey breast (boneless, skin-on recommended)
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic, butter, and thyme.
2. Simmer over medium heat until cranberries burst and glaze thickens (about 10-15 minutes).
3. Pat turkey breast dry and season with salt and pepper.
4. Place turkey in a roasting pan and spoon half of the glaze on top.
5. Roast at 375°F (190°C) for 45–60 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
6. Baste with remaining glaze halfway through roasting.
7. Let rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
