Ingredients
225 g ribeye or sirloin beef, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small red bell pepper, sliced
1 small green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
115 g cream cheese, softened
6 slices provolone cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté peppers, onions, and mushrooms until softened. Set aside.
