Ingredients

1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grands biscuits

8 cubes mozzarella cheese (or cheddar)

3 tablespoons melted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Optional: grated Parmesan

Cooking spray or parchment paper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare baking sheet with parchment or cooking spray.
  2. Flatten each biscuit round to about 4 inches in diameter.
  3. Place a cube of cheese in the center of each and seal dough tightly into a ball.
  4. Arrange seam-side down on baking sheet.
  5. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush over each biscuit.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Add Parmesan if desired during last 2 minutes.
