Ingredients

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup almond butter

1 large ripe banana, mashed

1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mash the banana until smooth.

3. Add almond butter, maple syrup, egg, and mix well.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking powder.

5. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and stir until dough forms.

6. Fold in chocolate chips or other desired add-ins.

7. Scoop cookie dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.

8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.

9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a rack.
