Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoons butter, melted
24 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup brown sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree
¾ cup sour cream
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
¾ cup all-purpose flour
⅓ cup brown sugar (for streusel)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (for streusel)
6 tablespoons cold butter, cubed (for streusel)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool slightly.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add both sugars and mix until combined.
4. Add pumpkin puree, sour cream, vanilla, and pumpkin spice. Mix well.
5. Add eggs one at a time, beating gently after each addition. Pour mixture over the crust.
6. In a small bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cubed butter for the streusel until crumbly. Sprinkle over the cheesecake batter.
