10 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled

3 cups shredded hash browns (thawed if frozen)

1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
