Ingredients

8 oz linguine pasta

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cubed

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef cubes in a single layer and sear until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

2. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

5. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until fully melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Add linguine to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Use reserved pasta water to loosen if needed.

7. Return seared beef to the pan and mix to combine.

8. Top with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan before serving.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the pan when searing the beef—this helps get that perfect crust.

Use fresh garlic, not garlic powder, for the best flavor payoff.
