1½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreos or chocolate graham crackers)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp mint extract
Green food coloring (gel preferred)
½ cup caramel sauce

Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Chill.
