Ingredients
1 lb chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Sear chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through (165°F). Remove and set aside.
4. Lower heat to medium. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
5. Pour in chicken broth, stirring to deglaze the pan.
6. Add Boursin cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
7. Stir in heavy cream and let the sauce thicken slightly.
8. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thinner sauce, add more broth or cream as needed.
