Ingredients

68 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

1 cup barbecue sauce

1/4 cup honey or brown sugar

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from chicken thighs and pat them dry. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Optional: Sear the chicken in a hot skillet with oil for 3 minutes per side to enhance flavor.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, honey (or brown sugar), Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
