Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, deveined and tail-on

12 oz smoked sausage, sliced into thick coins

4 ears of corn, each cut into thirds

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

1 lemon, sliced, plus extra wedges for serving

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning (or to taste)

4 cups low-sodium chicken broth

2 tbsp melted butter

Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Optional: hot sauce, for serving


Instructions

  1. Layer halved potatoes at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Add corn pieces and sausage slices on top.
  3. Sprinkle in Old Bay seasoning and garlic; add lemon slices.
  4. Pour in chicken broth to cover ingredients.
