Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars
2 cups mini marshmallows (or large marshmallows cut in half)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
- Combine graham crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and salt. Mix until sandy.
- Stir in egg and vanilla, then add flour until combined.
- Press 2/3 of the dough into the pan evenly.
- Layer chocolate chips and 1 1/2 cups marshmallows over the base.
- Crumble remaining dough on top and bake for 20–24 minutes.
- Add remaining marshmallows and broil 1–2 minutes to toast.
- Cool completely, slice, and serve.
