Description

Bring restaurant-quality ramen home with this bold and comforting Spicy & Creamy Chicken Ramen. It features tender slices of grilled chicken, rich broth infused with garlic, soy, and chili, and a swirl of cream or coconut milk for that dreamy texture. Soft-boiled eggs, ramen noodles, and scallions top off this flavor-packed dish. Whether you’re looking for a quick dinner idea, an easy recipe to warm you up, or food ideas for cozy nights, this dish checks all the boxes — spicy, creamy, satisfying, and simple to make.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

2 packs ramen noodles

2 eggs

3 cups chicken broth

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, grated

0.5 cup heavy cream or coconut milk

2 stalks scallions, sliced

1 teaspoon black sesame seeds

0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Grill or sear for 6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.

2. Bring water to a boil, add eggs, and boil for 7 minutes. Transfer to ice bath, peel, and halve.

3. In a pot, heat sesame oil. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

4. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.

5. Stir in cream or coconut milk and simmer another 5 minutes.

6. Cook ramen noodles per package instructions. Drain and set aside.

7. Assemble bowls: add noodles, pour over broth, top with sliced chicken, eggs, scallions, sesame seeds, and black pepper.

Notes

Store broth and noodles separately to avoid sogginess.

Use coconut milk for a dairy-free version with a slightly sweet flavor.
