Ingredients

1 tube refrigerated crescent dough

20 slices pepperoni

12 slices salami

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/3 cup sliced banana peppers

1 large egg, beaten

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Arrange in a sunburst shape on the baking sheet, with wide ends overlapping in the center.

3. Layer pepperoni and salami in a ring shape over the wide ends of the dough.

4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the meat, then add banana peppers.

5. Fold the pointed ends of the triangles over the filling and tuck under the center to seal.

6. Brush the ring with beaten egg. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
