Ingredients
1.5 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes
1.5 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Pat the steak dry and cut into even bite-sized cubes. Season generously with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
4. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the same skillet.
5. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
6. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter.
7. Sprinkle with parmesan and stir to coat until slightly melted.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
