Ingredients
Streusel Filling and Topping:
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Cake Batter:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
Instructions

In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Add melted butter and stir until crumbly. Set aside.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.

Alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.

Spread half the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with half the streusel. Add remaining batter and top with remaining streusel.
