Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
2 tbsp ranch dressing or ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
24 mini phyllo shells, tortilla scoops, or wonton wrappers
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Sour cream or salsa for serving (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning and a few tablespoons of water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- Add ranch dressing or seasoning and mix well.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange your choice of shells on a baking sheet.
- Fill each shell generously with the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top of each bite.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
