Ingredients
12 mini taco shells or phyllo cups
1/2 lb ground beef
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). If using soft mini tortillas, press them into a muffin tin and bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning and water, stirring until well coated. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Fill each shell with seasoned beef and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Drizzle with ranch and top with diced tomatoes and fresh cilantro.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
