Description

A crispy, cheesy, and flavor-packed appetizer, these Taco Ranch Bites are perfect for parties, game days, or snack time. Mini taco shells are filled with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and a creamy ranch drizzle, then topped with fresh tomatoes and cilantro. Quick, easy, and always a crowd favorite!


Ingredients

12 mini taco shells or phyllo cups

1/2 lb ground beef

1 tbsp taco seasoning

1/4 cup water

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). If using soft mini tortillas, press them into a muffin tin and bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
  2. Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water, stirring until well coated. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Fill each shell with seasoned beef and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Drizzle with ranch and top with diced tomatoes and fresh cilantro.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
