Ingredients
24 slices pepperoni
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet or small pan with parchment paper.
2. Arrange the pepperoni slices in a single layer, leaving a little space between each one.
3. Sprinkle the parmesan evenly over the tops of the pepperoni slices.
4. Dust with Italian seasoning.
5. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes, until the edges are curled and crisp and the cheese is golden.
6. Remove the pan from the oven and let the chips cool for 3 to 5 minutes so they firm up.
7. Finish with chopped parsley and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Let the chips cool before moving them because they crisp more as they rest.
Watch the last 2 minutes closely since pepperoni and parmesan can go from golden to too dark very fast.
