1 box yellow cake mix
3 large eggs
1 cup pineapple juice (fresh or canned)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, well-drained)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt or round cake pan.
