300 g chicken thighs
150 g corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
60 g red onion, thinly sliced
300 g cooked rice
60 ml sour cream
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
