3 to 4 large sweet onions (Vidalia preferred), sliced into thick rings
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Colby Jack cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel onions and slice into 1/2-inch thick rounds. Separate the rings gently.
- Arrange onion slices in a single layer in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
