Whether you’re hosting Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, or a fall harvest gathering, this centerpiece brings charm and deliciousness to your event. It’s a creative yet easy recipe idea for anyone looking to combine festive presentation with edible artistry. Perfect for easy entertaining, fall food ideas, or a new twist on traditional centerpieces.

Ingredients

1 pound bread dough

1 egg (for egg wash)

1 large sheet aluminum foil

1 oven-safe bowl

1 cup green grapes

1 cup red grapes

2 mini pumpkins

1 small apple

1 cup cinnamon rolls or swirls

1 cup assorted crackers

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup dried apricots

1/4 cup almonds

1/4 cup pecans

Instructions

1. Form a cone using aluminum foil and an inverted oven-safe bowl. Lightly grease for easy removal.

2. Roll out the bread dough into long strips. Wrap them around the foil mold, overlapping as you go. Tuck the ends underneath.

3. Brush the dough with egg wash for a golden, glossy finish.

4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool fully before removing the foil.

5. Place the cornucopia on a serving board or tray. Fill with grapes, fruit, crackers, cinnamon rolls, and dried snacks.

6. Add finishing touches like herbs or edible flowers to enhance presentation.

7. Serve the same day for best texture and freshness.

Notes

Make sure your bread dough isn’t too soft or it may collapse during baking—chilled dough works best.

Fill the cornucopia just before serving to maintain crispness and structure.
