Ingredients

6 cups mixed greens or spinach

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, sliced

1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/3 cup walnuts, toasted

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

1. Rinse and dry greens thoroughly.

2. Slice cucumbers, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.

3. Place greens in a large salad bowl as the base.

4. Add the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

7. Season with salt and black pepper.
