1 1/2 pounds ground beef (80/20)
1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 small onion, finely diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup ketchup or marinara sauce (for topping)
1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone (optional topping)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a loaf pan.
