Ingredients
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup banana peppers, chopped
¼ lb salami, sliced into strips
¼ lb ham, sliced into strips
¼ lb turkey, sliced into strips
½ cup provolone cheese, shredded or sliced
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Chop the romaine lettuce, halve the cherry tomatoes, thinly slice the red onion, and roughly chop the banana peppers.
- Cut the Deli Meats and Cheese: Slice the salami, ham, and turkey into thin strips. Shred or slice the provolone cheese.
- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Toss the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, banana peppers, deli meats, and cheeses. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
