Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced jalapeños (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup corn kernels
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and taco seasoning. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, red bell pepper, corn, and fresh cilantro. Stir well to combine.
