Ingredients

1.5 pounds chicken breasts or thighs

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Season chicken with paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
