1 cup heavy cream

1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in Cajun seasoning and mix well.

4. Pour in heavy cream, then add Velveeta cheese. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.

5. Mix in Parmesan cheese.

6. Add the cooked penne and stir to coat evenly with the sauce.

8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or sausage for a different flavor twist.

Add a splash of milk or cream when reheating to keep the sauce creamy.
