Ingredients

1 tablespoon culinary lavender (dried or fresh)

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

Juice of 1 lime

68 fresh mint leaves

Club soda or sparkling water (to top off)

Ice cubes or crushed ice

Lime slices and mint sprigs, for garnish

Optional: lavender sprig for garnish


Instructions

  1. Make Lavender Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and lavender. Simmer for 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat, steep for 10–15 minutes, strain, and cool.
  2. Muddle Mint and Lime: In a tall glass, muddle mint leaves with fresh lime juice.
  3. Add Lavender Syrup & Ice: Pour in 2–3 tbsp lavender syrup. Add ice.
  4. Top & Stir: Fill with club soda or sparkling water. Stir gently.
  5. Garnish: Add mint, lime, and lavender sprig for flair.
