Ingredients

1 ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

4 large eggs

¼ cup milk

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon butter

¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 slices cooked bacon, chopped

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Roll out pizza dough on floured surface into a 12-inch round. Place on baking sheet or pizza stone.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a skillet and scramble eggs until just set.
  3. Spread scrambled eggs over dough. Top with cheddar, mozzarella, and chopped bacon.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
