Ingredients
1 ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
4 large eggs
¼ cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Roll out pizza dough on floured surface into a 12-inch round. Place on baking sheet or pizza stone.
