10 cups mini pretzels
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar

1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 250°F and line a large baking sheet or roasting pan with parchment paper.
2. Spread the mini pretzels evenly on the prepared pan and scatter the chopped pecans over the top.
3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
4. Stir in the brown sugar and corn syrup, then bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
5. Let it boil for 3 minutes, stirring often, until glossy and smooth.
6. Remove the saucepan from the heat and quickly stir in the vanilla extract and baking soda.
7. Pour the hot toffee mixture over the pretzels and pecans.
