Ingredients
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 slider rolls
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp sliced green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions until fully combined.
3. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
5. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
6. Stir the melted butter and garlic powder together, then brush over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
7. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 5 to 8 more minutes, until golden and heated through.
8. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
Do not overbake the sliders after uncovering them, or the tops can dry out before the filling stays perfectly creamy and melty.
