Description

Easter Crockpot Candy is the kind of sweet, colorful treat that makes any spring gathering feel instantly more festive. These creamy white chocolate candy clusters are loaded with salty peanuts, crunchy pretzels, soft mini marshmallows, and pastel chocolate candies for the perfect mix of texture and flavor. It is an easy recipe for holiday dessert trays, party snacks, Easter brunch, quick sweets, no-fuss candy, and fun food ideas when you want something cute, simple, and crowd-pleasing.

Ingredients

24 ounces white almond bark

2 cups white chocolate chips

3 cups salted dry roasted peanuts

2 cups mini pretzel twists, lightly broken

1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

1 cup pastel chocolate candies

3 tablespoons Easter sprinkles

Instructions

1. Line two large baking sheets or trays with parchment paper and set them aside.

2. Add the white almond bark and white chocolate chips to the crockpot.

3. Cover and cook on low for 45 minutes to 1 hour, checking once or twice, until the chocolate is soft.

4. Stir the melted chocolate until completely smooth and creamy.

5. Fold in the salted peanuts and broken pretzel twists until everything is evenly coated.

6. Scoop heaping spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared parchment to form clusters.

7. While the candy is still soft, top each cluster with mini marshmallows, pastel chocolate candies, and Easter sprinkles.

8. Let the clusters sit at room temperature until firm, or chill briefly until set.

9. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Add the marshmallows and pastel candies only after scooping the clusters so they keep their shape and color.

If your kitchen runs warm, let the candy set in the refrigerator for a cleaner finish and firmer texture.
