Ingredients
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to create 4 thinner cutlets. Pat them dry with paper towels.
2. Season both sides of the chicken with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add the chicken and sear for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until golden brown and nearly cooked through.
5. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the butter to the skillet.
6. Once the butter melts, stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
7. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
8. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce is slightly reduced.

Notes
