Ingredients
2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream
3.4 ounces instant banana cream pudding mix
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup whipped cream
12 vanilla wafers, for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. Mix the vanilla wafer crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined.
3. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the springform pan to form the crust.
4. Beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth.
5. Add the granulated sugar, sour cream, banana cream pudding mix, and vanilla extract, then mix until creamy.
6. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed just until incorporated.
7. Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
