Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
3 cups cooked white rice
1 red bell pepper diced
1 yellow bell pepper diced
1 green bell pepper diced
1 small onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp fresh ginger grated
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 green onions sliced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Cook the white rice according to package directions and keep it warm.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.
3. Add the diced onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until slightly softened.
4. Stir in the minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, grated ginger, and black pepper.
