  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 10 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives or green onions (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  • Add minced garlic and butter; stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour buffalo sauce over the chicken, toss to coat, and remove from heat.
  • Cook twisted pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente; drain.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add heavy cream and cream cheese, whisking until smooth.
  • Stir in parmesan, ranch seasoning, and Cajun seasoning. Simmer until sauce thickens.
  • Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until evenly coated.
  • Top with buffalo chicken bites and garnish with chives or green onions. Serve immediately.

Notes

Add a splash of milk when reheating to keep the sauce creamy. For extra heat, drizzle additional buffalo sauce over the finished dish.
