Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower head cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  • Arrange florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • While baking, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl for the garlic sauce.
  • Garnish baked cauliflower with chopped parsley and serve immediately with garlic sauce.

Notes

Ensure cauliflower is fully dry after washing to achieve maximum crispiness. For extra heat, add a pinch of chili flakes to the seasoning.
