  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 350 g gemelli pasta

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  • Set up breading station with flour, eggs, and Parmesan-Panko mixture.
  • Coat chicken and fry until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Cook gemelli pasta until al dente; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
  • Make Alfredo sauce with butter, cream, Cajun seasoning, and Parmesan.
  • Toss pasta in sauce, top with crispy chicken, and serve.

Notes

For extra crispiness, fry chicken in batches. Add a splash of lemon juice to brighten the sauce.
