  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce or chocolate ganache

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9-inch pie crust in a pie dish and blind bake for 10 minutes.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and cocoa powder until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, whisking quickly. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  • Pour mixture into the pre-baked crust. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until edges are set but center remains slightly soft.
  • Remove from oven, top with marshmallows, and broil for 1–2 minutes until golden.
  • Drizzle with hot fudge sauce and garnish with chocolate shavings before serving warm.

Notes

For an extra indulgent twist, swap the pie crust with a chocolate cookie crust.
