  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 8 ounces fettuccine or tagliatelle, cooked

Instructions
 

  • Pat dry the chicken breasts and season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet; sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • In the same skillet, cook mushrooms until golden, then add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  • Lower heat, add heavy cream, and stir, scraping browned bits. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth.
  • Slice chicken, return to skillet, and toss with cooked pasta until coated.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F; toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili flakes; roast 25-30 minutes.
  • Drizzle roasted potatoes with warmed honey and toss to coat.
  • Serve pasta with hot honey potatoes, garnished with parsley and dill.
