  • 2 medium chicken breasts
  • 12 oz bowtie pasta (Farfalle)
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and toss with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  • In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Add Velveeta cubes and mozzarella, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
  • Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss until well coated.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or extra mozzarella if desired.

Notes

Add a splash of milk or cream when reheating to restore the sauce’s silky texture. For extra flavor, sprinkle fresh parsley or add a pinch of red pepper flakes before serving.
