Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 slices lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken in honey, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  • Sear chicken in a hot skillet until golden brown.
  • Add lemon slices and herbs, then transfer to the oven.
  • Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, basting occasionally.
