Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (or pork)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, and soy sauce until just combined.
  • Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes or pan-sear until golden and cooked through.
  • Glaze the meatballs with Korean BBQ sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes if desired.
  • Mix mayonnaise and Sriracha to make the spicy mayo dip.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and serve warm with the dip.

Notes

For extra flavor, use a combination of beef and pork for the meatballs. Make ahead by freezing uncooked meatballs; cook straight from frozen with 5 extra minutes in the oven.
