  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pat chicken dry and season with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, sauté bell peppers and garlic for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, deglaze the pan, and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  • Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Slice chicken and serve over pasta, garnishing with green onions and a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning.

Notes
