Ingredients 450 g sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into cubes 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tsp salt 0.5 tsp black pepper 1 piece red bell pepper, cut into chunks 1 piece green bell pepper, cut into chunks 1 piece yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks 1 piece red onion, cut into chunks 12 pieces cherry tomatoes
