  • 450 g sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 piece red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 piece green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 piece yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 piece red onion, cut into chunks
  • 12 pieces cherry tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the marinade by whisking olive oil, garlic, rosemary, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate steak cubes for at least 60 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Cut vegetables and keep cherry tomatoes whole.
  • Thread steak and vegetables onto skewers.
  • Grill on medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Rest kebabs for 5 minutes before serving.
