  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 8 oz ribeye or flank steak
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup baby bok choy or spinach
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochujang. Marinate the steak for 20 minutes.
  • Grill or sear the beef until caramelized. Rest, then slice thinly.
  • In a pot, sauté garlic and ginger. Stir in gochujang, then add broth. Simmer and mix in cream and soy sauce.
  • Cook ramen noodles as directed. Drain.
  • Soft-boil eggs (6–7 mins), blanch bok choy or spinach.
  • Assemble: Noodles, broth, beef, greens, egg halves, green onions, sesame seeds.

Notes

Keep broth and noodles separate if storing to maintain texture.
Adjust gochujang for your desired spice level.
